Due to the nature of our digital products and software solutions, all sales are generally final and non-refundable once access or download has been granted, except in the following cases:

• The product or service was not delivered as promised.
• There was a technical error on our part preventing usage.
• A duplicate payment was made due to a system error.

2. Physical Products

If you have purchased any physical product from us, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

• The item is defective or damaged upon delivery.
• The wrong item was shipped.
• The request is made within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be returned in their original packaging with proof of purchase.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive your request, we will review it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

• Services that have been fully rendered.
